L’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics (IEB), a public institution dependent on the Ministry of European Funds, University and Culture, has among its purposes the granting of subsidies in all areas of culture. We are working to establish the appropriate mechanisms to facilitate document simplification in administrative procedures and for the comprehensive implementation of e-government. Therefore, a project has been launched to digitize and classify the documentation derived from the processing of grant files.

To carry out this project, on July 5, 2022, IEB incorporated three administrative assistants, who will work until July 4, 2023. The hiring of these three assistants is part of the SOIB Program -Qualificats- First Professional Experience in Public Administrations, promoted by the SOIB and funded by the European Union-Next Generation EU).
